The Body Iron PR100 Lat pull down / Low Row Machine is the perfect piece of kit to target and build the main back and arm musculo-skeletal systems that are recruited during the main pull movements. The variable grip types allow even more versatility when it comes to specific muscle targeting, like the biceps and shoulders.
Featuring adjustable knee support, this lat pull down accommodates to all heights and limb lengths for a comfortable strength session, and you don’t have to change the overheard cables when switching between the two exercises.
For your low pulley exercises the PR100 includes a textured foot plate that prevents your feet from slipping, offering additional support and stability whilst you train, as well as both a lat pull down bar and a low row bar.
Please note: whilst the machine uses standard weight plates, to use the Body Iron PR100 lat pull down / low row machine with Olympic weight plates you will require an Olympic adapter. This can be purchased from our store for an additional $30.

Lat pull down / Low Row Machine Benefits
- PLATE LOADING: The weight plate sleeves have the option to accept either standard or Olympic weight plates.
- 2-IN-ONE: The lat pull down and seated row are two of the best exercises for developing strength and size in your back, shoulders and arms. What’s particularly great about these exercises is that you can target specific muscle groups simply by changing your grip. For example an under-grip recruits more of your biceps.
- ADAPTABLE: features adjustable knee support height to suit all limb lengths.
- NO CABLE CHANGE OVER REQUIRED.
